They have hidden fees which wasn't mention when I booked

This was the 3rd time at Tamani Marina, as same as the past, location, staff, apartment size, facilities, and everything were exilant.

Breakfast needs to be more food varieties

Location is accessible to all shops and restaurants. They serve good breakfast. Breakfast is one thing that I look forward to in booking hotels.

No conditioner in the bathroom

Construction almost all sides of hotel, inconvenient for guest with own cars, even google map was confused to find ways. Breakfast place on HC floor was in a small hall, leading to queuing up gusts every day for the bf. But the restaurant managers were managing the queue well. Sawaf the bellman was very helpful to make our checkout convenient.

- The breakfast is average but it can improve by offering other food cuisines

Apartment are big however there is construction work going on near by something you can hear voices and also no view at all. Quite far from Marina walk and for jbr walk you need to get taxi if you have toddlers.

Cleanness and big apartments.

Last minute booking they allowed me early checking, the view was good .

If you make a group booking, then the staff are incapable of checking you into the correct room - they will then threaten to remove your things from the room or make you pay for an extra night - despite having already paid previously. Embarrassing!

Furnitures are good and authentic feel.

Old model flat TV which requires upgrading to latest smart TV for better customer satisfaction

Rooms is clean and the living room is clean and nice the boufet was incredible

Probably not 5 Star standard, would benefit from a refurbishment of the rooms to be more modern. Shower would benefit from being upgraded

Huge two bedroom apartment, excellent breakfast and customer service

I liked the size of the apartment, how quiet it was, and how friendly the employees were.

During my recent stay at your hotel, I was disappointed to find a cockroach inside the apartment. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of your standard. I strongly recommend that you review and improve your cleanliness and pest control procedures immediately.The incident really affected my overall experience and made me feel uncomfortable staying in the property. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure better hygiene and guest satisfaction in the future.

The staff were helpful and kind.

The AC wasn't working so I had to request to be transferred. I had to request for a newer TV set since the one in the room is quite 'aged'.The bedrooms are kinda smelly.

Well-maintained property with a very nice location

Breakfast was served à la carte, which caused some confusion between menu and order; a buffet option would be clearer and more convenient.

Very big apartment in a tall tower, you could see for miles when the weather allowed.Lovely breakfast from the very good restaurant attached. We also went for a Ramadan dinner at the said restaurant and enjoyed everything we tried.Staff were invariably helpful and friendly.The hotel spa, while small, was perfectly sufficient for our needs.

No bathrobes and toothbrush/toothpaste. No other amenities like billiards/table tennis/darts, only swimming pools/sauna and gym.
